  • We are permitted through King County Public Health with yearly inspections. We hold a catering permit.

  • Deposit:

    A 50% deposit is due at time of reservation. This deposit is non-refundable and is use to hold your event date/reserve it for service from other party’s requesting the same time or date. 

    Final Payment:

    Please be aware that the final payment for your event is required by the event date unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon.

    Sales Tax: Sales tax will be charged and passed to your corresponding city.

    Gratuity: At the client's discretion, any extra tip/ or gratuity is appreciated but certainly not expected.

    Time on site: You may be billed for additional staff hours if your event does not reasonably adhere to the agreed upon timeline. 

    Cancellation Policy:

    Please note that deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or any other unforeseen circumstances. Your support in adhering to this policy is greatly appreciated as we strive to provide consistent and reliable service to all our valued customers. Change of Date: Brewin' Around Coffee Company LLC will apply the entire balance of your deposits and prepayments towards another event date. Subject to our availability.

    Equipment Maintenance and Potential Mechanical Failure:

    We understand the importance of reliable equipment for the seamless operation of our business. While we make every effort to ensure the highest degree of equipment maintenance, it is possible, albeit unlikely, for mechanical failures to occur during an event. In the unlikely event that such a situation arises, we assure you that any time lost due to equipment malfunction will be promptly refunded. We take great pride in our commitment to equipment upkeep, and we are pleased to share that we have never experienced a mechanical breakdown to date. Your trust in our services is deeply appreciated, and we remain dedicated to delivering exceptional services with reliable equipment.
